HOW CAN I START WORKING WITH YOU?
For Organizations:
After our initial consultation, if both parties agree that ExecRN is the right fit for your organizational needs, we will provide a Consulting Services Agreement (CSA) and a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for your review and signature. Timelines and fees will be discussed during the CSA and NDA process. Once finalized, ExecRN will begin developing a comprehensive, tailored solution to meet your business’s specific requirements.

For Individuals:
Following our initial consultation, if you choose to proceed with ExecRN’s services, you will be asked to complete a Consent Form and Client Intake Form. These documents ensure you fully understand the services ExecRN will provide and specify with whom (if anyone) need-to-know information may be shared. Rest assured, ExecRN is dedicated to providing exceptional support while upholding strict confidentiality for every client.
CAN WE REFER AN EMPLOYEE TO YOU FOR RETURN-TO-WORK PLANNING?
Yes. One of ExecRN’s core strengths is crafting comprehensive return-to-work plans for complex medical leaves of absence. We collaborate closely with all necessary stakeholders to develop a safe, supportive, and sustainable reintegration strategy tailored to each situation.

ARE YOUR SERVICES COVERED UNDER BENEFITS?
It depends. For individual services, you may be eligible for reimbursement through your extended health care plan or health spending account. We recommend checking with your insurer to confirm your coverage.
