DO YOU OFFER WORKPLACE TRAINING FOR LEADERS OR HR PROFESSIONALS?

Absolutely! ExecRN can tailor a corporate workshop/seminar to your organizational needs. With ExecRN's expertise and guidance, we can help your organization foster an inclusive workplace culture that supports the needs of all employees. Some examples of workshops/seminars could include:

WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY INITIAL CONSULTATION?

ExecRN's initial 15-minute consultation is FREE! To make the best use of our time and to determine if we are a fit for each other, we recommend having the following information easily accessible:

  • What led you to contacting ExecRN?

  • What process do you currently have in place, if any?

  • What is your expectation of ExecRN's service?

  • Any questions you have for ExecRN.

HOW CAN I START WORKING WITH YOU?

For Organizations:
After our initial consultation, if both parties agree that ExecRN is the right fit for your organizational needs, we will provide a Consulting Services Agreement (CSA) and a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for your review and signature. Timelines and fees will be discussed during the CSA and NDA process. Once finalized, ExecRN will begin developing a comprehensive, tailored solution to meet your business’s specific requirements.

For Individuals:

Following our initial consultation, if you choose to proceed with ExecRN’s services, you will be asked to complete a Consent Form and Client Intake Form. These documents ensure you fully understand the services ExecRN will provide and specify with whom (if anyone) need-to-know information may be shared. Rest assured, ExecRN is dedicated to providing exceptional support while upholding strict confidentiality for every client.

CAN WE REFER AN EMPLOYEE TO YOU FOR RETURN-TO-WORK PLANNING?

Yes. One of ExecRN’s core strengths is crafting comprehensive return-to-work plans for complex medical leaves of absence. We collaborate closely with all necessary stakeholders to develop a safe, supportive, and sustainable reintegration strategy tailored to each situation.

I'M STILL WORKING, BUT STRUGGLING. CAN I SELF-REFER FOR SUPPORT?

Yes! Our top priority at ExecRN is keeping you actively engaged in your work. We begin with a comprehensive intake assessment, followed by the creation of a tailored plan designed to meet your unique needs. We also provide ongoing support to help you transition from simply surviving to truly thriving. With deep expertise in the challenges faced by executive leaders and caring professionals, ExecRN is here to support your success every step of the way.

ARE YOUR SERVICES COVERED UNDER BENEFITS?

It depends. For individual services, you may be eligible for reimbursement through your extended health care plan or health spending account. We recommend checking with your insurer to confirm your coverage.
