Do you work outside Alberta? +
Yes. I deliver workshops and consulting virtually across Canada. For in-person engagements I'm based in Medicine Hat and regularly work across Alberta. Travel to other provinces is available for the right engagement โ€” inquire for details and travel cost structure.
We're a small organization. Is ExecRN for us? +
Yes. The Foundational package was designed specifically for organizations that want an honest assessment without enterprise-level investment. I work with organizations of all sizes โ€” from small non-profits to large health authorities. The engagement scales to your context.
Is this legal advice? +
No. ExecRN does not provide legal advice. All recommendations are informed by Canadian legislation, HR best practice, and disability management standards โ€” but should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before policy implementation. I can work alongside your legal team and often do.
How quickly can you start? +
For urgent RTW or accommodation matters, I prioritize accordingly โ€” typically within days. For full consulting engagements, the timeline depends on scope and current availability. The discovery call will give you a realistic sense of start dates. Don't let timeline concerns stop you from reaching out.
Do you work with unionized environments? +
Yes โ€” this is a core competency. My background includes 7+ years in a large, complex, unionized public sector organization. I understand collective agreement administration, grievance processes, and how to implement change in environments with strong union presence. This is an asset, not a liability.
Are you available for executive roles? +
Yes. I am actively open to Director or Executive Director level opportunities in HR, Labour Relations, Disability Management, or Workforce Health โ€” public sector, health authority, municipal, or post-secondary environments.
