NervePoint. is building the first platform to measure both organizational conditions (via GM@W's 13 psychosocial factors) and individual human response (via 8 validated self-report instruments) simultaneously. When both layers converge, the platform identifies patterns no single instrument can reveal. This two-layer architecture is NervePoint's proprietary methodology — and what separates it from every engagement survey and wellness platform on the market.
Organizational Intelligence Suite is in development. Pilot partnerships are being explored. Contact sarah@execrn.com to discuss your organization.
For nurses, social workers, teachers, first responders, HR professionals, managers, and anyone in a role that demands more than a human system was designed to sustain. Evidence-informed tools that address the physiology behind burnout — not just the symptoms.
Burnout is not a mindset problem. It is a physiological one. When the human nervous system is chronically dysregulated, no wellness initiative, resilience workshop, or EAP program can reverse the cascade of biological events that follows. The research has been clear for decades. What has been missing is a platform that translates it into tools organizations and individuals can actually use.
Built by someone who has been every one of these people.
Most employee wellness platforms promise confidentiality in a terms of service document. NervePoint. is being built so the organizational dashboard will be technically incapable of accessing individual user data — enforced at the schema level, not restricted by policy. This is not yet a deployed system. It is the architectural commitment that governs how the platform is being designed and built.
The individual NervePoint. app currently operates with no server at all — data stays on the user's device. The cloud-based organizational platform is in development. When deployed, the separation between individual data and aggregate organizational data will be enforced at the database layer, not just stated in a privacy notice. That architecture is what makes honest organizational data possible: when employees trust the system, they use it honestly — and honest participation is what makes the aggregate data worth acting on.
I built this because I needed it. Because the people I worked beside needed it. Because I kept sitting in rooms watching organizations try to measure employee wellbeing in ways that produced nothing useful — and knowing that the reason was trust, architecture, and the absence of tools grounded in actual physiology. NervePoint. is what I wish had existed every day I spent in systems that were running people into the ground.
