NervePoint measures organizational conditions — through a validated organizational psychosocial assessment — and individual human response, through seven validated self-report instruments, simultaneously: eight validated instruments across two layers. When both layers converge, the platform surfaces 23 evidence-informed risk patterns and one protective pattern that no single instrument can reveal. Two B2B platforms deliver this: NervePoint Working, the employee-facing module where individual scores stay with the employee, and the Employer Intelligence Suite, which translates de-identified aggregate signal into board-ready governance reporting through an integrated Governance Scorecard.

One validated organizational framework measures the conditions inside your workplace — the psychosocial factors that create the environment your people are working in. This is the upstream data.

Layer 2 · Individual Human Response
Seven Self-Report Instruments
Seven validated instruments measure what those conditions are doing to the people inside them — burnout, compassion fatigue, secondary traumatic stress, moral distress, moral injury, resilience, self-compassion, and meaning in work. Private to the individual. Never seen by employers.

The Proprietary Methodology
When conditions data meets individual response data, NervePoint identifies convergence patterns that no single instrument can surface on its own.
This two-layer convergence methodology is NervePoint's proprietary framework. Its 23 risk patterns and one protective pattern are evidence-informed analytic hypotheses — developed from peer-reviewed research and proactively disclosed as pending independent validation — designed to surface workforce risk signals 3–6 months before they become a disability claim, a resignation, or a patient safety event.
The Trust Architecture

The privacy commitment isn't policy.
It's a design foundation.

Most employee wellness platforms promise confidentiality in a terms of service document. NervePoint. is being built so the organizational dashboard will be technically incapable of accessing individual user data — enforced at the schema level, not restricted by policy. This is not yet a deployed system. It is the architectural commitment that governs how the platform is being designed and built.

The individual NervePoint. app currently operates with no server at all — data stays on the user's device. The cloud-based organizational platform is in development. When deployed, the separation between individual data and aggregate organizational data will be enforced at the database layer, not just stated in a privacy notice. That architecture is what makes honest organizational data possible: when employees trust the system, they use it honestly — and honest participation is what makes the aggregate data worth acting on.

Individual data never transmitted to employers
In the current build: no server exists — transmission is impossible. In the planned cloud build: separate data stores with no join query to organizational reporting. Architecture by design, not policy.
Aggregate data only at organizational level
In the current build: the employer demo uses simulated data — no real individual data flows through it. In the planned cloud build: a minimum cohort threshold of five or more participants will be enforced at the database query layer, below which results are suppressed. No organizational endpoint will return individual records.
Trust is the product
When employees trust that their employer cannot see their individual scores, they use the platform honestly. That honest participation is what produces organizational data worth acting on. Privacy protection and data quality are the same thing.
PIPA and PIPEDA aligned
Privacy architecture designed for Alberta PIPA, PIPEDA, and the Health Information Act. Canadian data residency planned. Independent security audit required before commercial organizational deployment.
